User Properties Dialog
Used to make changes to information for an existing user. The User Properties dialog box has the same structure as the New User dialog box. Mandatory fields appear in bold type.
| Setting | Description |

| User Name | The user's unique logon name. Limited to 50 characters. |
| First Name | The user's first name. Limited to 50 characters. |
| Last Name | The user's last name. Limited to 50 characters. |
| Initials | The initials of the user's full name. Limited to 3 characters. |
| E-mail Address | The user's e-mail address. Notifications to the user will be sent to this address. Limited to 50 characters. |
| Supervisor | The supervisor associated with the user. |
| Work Flow | The work flow associated with the user. This setting determines the default Work Flow property of work requests created by this user. |
| Work Type | The work type associated with the user. This setting determines the default Work Type property of designs created by this user. |
| Labor Type | The labor type associated with the user. This setting determines the default Labor Type property of designs created by this user. |
| Phone No. | The user's telephone number. |
| Pager No. | The user's pager number. |
| Groups / Available | A list of available user groups to which the user can be assigned. |
| Groups / Current | A list of user group to which the user is currently assigned. |
| Add ( < ) button | Adds the user to the selected user group. |
| Remove ( > ) button | Removes the user from the selected user group. |
| OK | Closes the dialog and saves any changes. |
| Cancel | Closes the dialog without saving any changes. |
| Help | Opens the Help topic for this dialog. |
